The Single LED / Module Opto-Electronic Measurement System provides comprehensive optical, colorimetric and electrical testing and analysis for LED packaging, LED modules and related products. The system uses the world's advanced holographic flat-field concave grating for low stray light and high spectral measurement accuracy, with high precision, high stability and high repeatability to meet demanding R&D and production testing of single LEDs and LED modules.
The system comprises an integrating sphere, spectrometer, precision power supply and professional analysis software, and can measure the full set of opto-electronic parameters including relative spectral power distribution (SPD), luminous flux, luminous efficacy, CCT, chromaticity coordinates, CRI, SDCM, peak wavelength and electrical parameters, with full report output. It is suitable for incoming inspection, process control and finished product testing at LED packaging and module manufacturers.
